studied A Discourse Approach in Reading
class. In the period, I learned about Recount. For this
lesson is easy and some difficult. When the class started
teacher introduction to the lesson by watching video about furious pace in
Hockey Finals and Our trip to the Blue Mountain. After that, teacher allow to
divide into group and do exercise 1 and 2
in the sheet. For exercise 1, reading the story and then
we found words (action verbs,past tense,linking words and specific
participants) and exercise 2, reading summarise the story.
I thought this exercise has easy and difficulf for me. For easy of this lesson is reading the story and find topic, main ideas and details but the reading summarise the story is difficult for me because I don't know meaning and experience for reading summarise is not well so that I must practise. This lesson, I got many knowledge. I felt happy and fun for doing exercise and the last, I liked teaching methods very much. Teacher taught very well.
